Airport Departures

  • We are always happy to suggest the optimum pick-up time based on our knowledge of road and traffic conditions throughout the day and week.
  • We always aim to arrive 5 to 10 minutes before the requested pick-up time to ensure our punctuality and your peace of mind.
  • We constantly monitor traffic conditions to avoid congestion and unnecessary delays on your way to the airport.

Airport Arrivals

  • We always ensure a clearly defined meeting point.
  • We monitor flight arrival times so that you don't have to worry if your flight arrives early or if it is delayed, and aim to be at the airport before your aircraft touches down.
  • Our polite and courteous drivers will meet you at the agreed arrival point.

Our area of operation is normally within a 25 mile radius of Woking but other locations would be considered.

Inbound Flights: One Hour from actual aircraft landing time is free. 
 There-after, waiting time will be charged at the following tariff:
1 - 15 Minutes £6.50
16-30 Minutes £13.00
31-45 Minutes £19.50
46-60 Minutes £26.00

Cancellation Charges

2 hours before pickup time - 100% of price
6 hours before pickup time - 50% of price

Booked Collections

If a client is not ready to depart with our vehicle at the booked time, please bear in mind that waiting-time charges may be incurred. Please see Waiting-Time paragraph above.

Out Of Hours

After 24.00 Hours and Before 05.30 Hours a £10 Surcharge will be applied.
